Ryan brings over 20 years of experience across operations, engineering, continuous improvement, and program management, with a strong track record of leading large‑scale initiatives and building high‑performing teams. He spent much of his career in the automotive industry, leading a Tier 1 supplier organization in Michigan, and later expanded his impact into medical equipment manufacturing within a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. A graduate of Ferris State University in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Ryan practices servant leadership and is passionate about developing people, strengthening systems, and driving execution excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys an active family life with his wife and four children and is a dedicated 70.3 Ironman triathlete, committed to leading by example professionally and personally.
