Dr. Tom Lawless is an executive coach and results‑driven leader with over 25 years of experience improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery across corporate and military environments. A Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he has led large‑scale transformations and developed leaders through disciplined, values‑based leadership. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Nebraska Methodist College.
A retired U.S. Army Major, Tom led during Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge. His operational, academic, and military experience strengthens his work in executive leadership and continuous improvement.
