Developing leaders and coaches through disciplined daily practice
Our work in Harada Method Leadership Development is grounded in the belief that sustained performance begins with disciplined leadership and personal responsibility. Through Harada Method Leadership Development, we help leaders understand that continuous improvement is not a program or initiative, but a way of thinking, working, and leading—every day. This approach ensures that leadership growth is intentional, structured, and sustained over time.
George Trachilis brings over 30 years of experience in Lean and Lean leadership, along with more than 15 years of applied practice in Harada Method Leadership Development. His work integrates human development with operational excellence, aligning purpose, behavior, and daily leadership practice through the principles of Harada Method Leadership Development. George has supported leaders and organizations across industries and geographies and regularly speaks on leadership, culture, and continuous improvement, including at the Shingo Awards.
In 2025, George initiated the Global Harada Network of Coaches to expand the reach of Harada Method Leadership Development worldwide. This network brings together authorized, experienced coaches to support leaders and organizations in applying Harada Method Leadership Development with integrity, consistency, and disciplined daily practice. Supported by a shared digital platform, the network reinforces structure, reflection, accountability, and continuous learning across geographies.
Our focus remains clear and uncompromising: to steward the Harada Method responsibly, advance Harada Method Leadership Development, develop capable leaders and coaches, and sustain continuous improvement through disciplined daily leadership practice—locally and globally.
Innovation grows from structured thinking and continuous improvement. By creating space for reflection, experimentation, and learning through PDCA cycles, leaders are able to adapt and improve without losing focus or discipline. Innovation is treated as a practice—grounded in purpose and informed by real experience—not as a one‑time event.
Technology is used to support learning, visibility, and accountability—not to replace leadership. Tools such as OW64 reinforce daily reflection, routines, and progress tracking, making effort visible and learning shareable. Technology is intentionally configured to serve the organization’s needs, ensuring it strengthens disciplined practice and long‑term capability rather than creating dependency.
Excellence is pursued through disciplined daily practice rather than isolated achievements. We focus on clarity, consistency, and reflection as the foundations of high performance. By developing strong routines and personal responsibility, leaders learn to sustain excellence over time instead of relying on short‑term effort or motivation.
Results are a natural outcome of aligned intent and disciplined action. We emphasize behaviors and habits that consistently produce meaningful outcomes, recognizing that sustainable results come from clarity, ownership, and continuous learning. Success is measured not only by outcomes achieved, but by the capability developed to repeat them.

The journey to becoming a certified coach is a structured process of growth, reflection, and disciplined practice. It begins with clarifying purpose and long‑term goals, then moves into developing the habits, routines, and skills required to support others in meaningful change. Along the way, participants learn proven coaching frameworks, deepen their ability to listen and ask powerful questions, and apply tools in real‑world settings. This is not about memorizing concepts—it is about embodying them. Through guided practice, feedback, and consistent application, coaches develop confidence, credibility, and the ability to help others turn intention into action.
This is an amazing journey because it transforms the coach as much as it empowers those they serve. Participants gain clarity, discipline, and a deeper understanding of themselves while learning how to elevate others. The process strengthens leadership, communication, and purpose—skills that extend far beyond coaching sessions into work, relationships, and life. Anyone who cares about growth, impact, and helping people reach their potential will find this journey both challenging and deeply rewarding. It’s not just a certification—it’s a pathway to becoming a better leader, guide, and human being.
